DAYTON — Dayton Police are investigating a reported shooting early Monday morning.
Crews were called to the 5200 block of W. Third Street around 2:14 a.m., according to a Montgomery County Regional Dispatcher.

A 911 call obtained by News Center 7 said that a man had been shot in the stomach.
The caller could be heard telling the dispatcher, “My son has been shot.”
The dispatcher could be heard telling the woman to find a clean cloth or shirt and to apply pressure to the wound.
News Center 7 has reached out to the Dayton Police Department about the condition of the victim.
