MIAMISBURG — Police have been reported in Miamisburg after an incident at Good Time Charlie’s Sunday night.
Good Time Charlie’s posted a statement on Facebook that a man and a woman with a restraining order against each other were at or near the business.

Both individuals then left Good Time Charlie’s and continued to a residence on South 7th Street in Miamisburg, according to the post.
Good Time Charlie’s said that they were not involved in the conflict, and no shooting or related incident occurred at their establishment.
The business said that they remained open and are operating as normal.
“The safety of our customers, employees, and downtown Miamisburg community remains extremely important to us,” Good Time Charlie’s said.
News Center 7 has reached out to the Miamisburg Police Department to determine if anyone was injured.
