Even though today is Chocolate Chip Cookie Day--here’s my thing. I don’t like them. Not “hate” just “don’t like.” Don’t get me wrong, if the choice is cookie or no cookie, I’ll force one down. And Chips Ahoy are okay, but give me a “No Bake Cookie” any day! You know, the “school cookies?” Why isn’t there a “No Bake Day?” What’s your fave?
