SPRINGBORO — UPDATE AT 9:45 a.m.:
The child’s family has been located as of 9:15 a.m., according to police.
INITIAL REPORT:
Police are searching for the parents of a three-year-old girl who was found wandering alone on Sunday morning.
The Springboro Police Department posted a photo of the child on Facebook after she was found in the Maribel Apartments.
